I tried it out myself!!

Yesterday I wrote about the spa; today I tried it for myself. I have services on a fairly regular basis but today was my first day to have three services in a row. I had a great facial (love the Aveda elemental facial), a Forever manicure( new product by OPI...love having the look of gels without all the fuss) and a great massage.Thanks to Paula and Jamie...excellent if I do say so myself :-) But seriously , taking care of yourself this way is a good thing...not really an indulgence but a prevention treatment. I look at every spa I go to with the eye of an owner..looking for what is right and what is not. We always welcome our clients to share both the positive and the not so positive with us...how do you get better without knowing what did not go well?? But I must say, my time hit the mark today!!

A Clover on Main and Spa Suites by Wild Clover are officially open in historic downtown Galena. Come and see us at 205 South Main...experience our same great staff, same great services in our awesome new 6000 sq ft spa space. We had outgrown our location in the hotel and it was time to make the move. We now are in the heart of Galena's action; you can stop by and schedule a spa service to relax in the middle of your shopping extravaganza. Our new space allows us to do four pedicures at one time; we have several side by side rooms for couples, families or friends. This is a perfect spot for group fun. We partner with local purveyors for food and drink. Our block has great shopping , several good bars and eating establishments and two (yes I said two ) chocolate shops...what more could you ask for?? Some of the comments we have heard: "it is breathtaking, the nail area is even more relaxing than the old one, this looks like it should be in Chicago or New York but is so welcoming and warm!!"
